Registration, Warranty and Maintenance

Register your Viesa Holiday by filling in all the required fields. You will need the invoice for the purchase. Once registration is complete, you will receive an email with a summary of your registration data for the validation of the warranty. Be sure to check your spam or junk mail folder (and mark the email as safe). If you don’t receive the email within a few minutes and it’s not in your spam folders, contact us.

    WARRANTY

    The legal warranty is two years provided by the local distributor where applicable. If you have joined special initiatives or warranty extensions from the distributor in your country, the terms stated in the issued voucher or agreed conditions apply, by contacting the issuer of the initiative.


    Attach a copy of the invoice or fiscal receipt* (accepted formats: pdf, png, jpg, jpeg maximum 2MB)

    If you have joined a promotion or special initiative, please also attach the voucher or confirmation of participation (accepted formats: pdf, png, jpg, jpeg maximum 2MB)
